Boundless Management has turned what was a hassle managing rental property to a pleasure. They are much more careful that I was in qualifying potential tenants, and – now – I get my rent paid on time and every month. They were a big help in marketing my property when I experienced a vacancy. Their maintenance staff is always available, yet they don’t insist on doing the repairs if I find a less expensive alternative. My financial records for my rental properties are now in order, unlike my previous haphazard record keeping. I now have two properties under their management, and think them well worth the money.
