I have been leasing rental properties for over 20 years.  I have been with Boundless for about 8 of those years, with most of those years being out of the country.  Finding an agency that communicates well is difficult, but particularly when you are out of the country.  Boundless is exceptional.  I always get immediate feedback, often by email which is very handy.  The quotes for maintenance are very reasonable and the work is well done.  It is also done in a timely manner. I really appreciate not having to constantly follow up when I have a request.  Boundless Management understands the importance of getting a tenant in quickly after another leaves.  They are prompt in getting the property ready for rental and have often gotten a tenant in place within 1 week. Over 20 years I have worked with a few agencies.  I have always experienced honesty and integrity with Boundless’ management.  That has not always been the case in my past experience with other agencies.  I am so happy to have found Boundless to manage my property.  They provide a professional service from procuring tenants, handling repairs, reporting monthly finances, to communicating very effectively.  I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for a rental agency.
