I’ve been a customer of Boundless Management since 2013. I currently work overseas, so I am completely hands-off with managing my properties. The service provided has been so great that I will continue to allow Boundless to manage my properties when I return home. Boundless has provided me with a customer-focused service and excelled in the following areas: communication, market research, advertising, tenant screening (background and credit checks), cost-efficient repairs, inspections, and construction oversight. Another key area I appreciate is the direct deposit and monthly/annual accounting reports (tax purposes). So far, Boundless has demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to having my best interest as a landlord/investor, while equally providing a quality service to the tenants. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to secure property management services in Atlanta.
